Dear user, please read the following before entering the new system and using its facilities. Entering the NazmeNovin, creating a user account and using any part of it, with different titles (student, student, regular user, consultant, support and any other type) means accepting the items mentioned on this page. In case of changes in the rules and conditions of use, this page will be updated and its update will be notified to the users.
NazmeNovin application: It is called a set of softwares that are provided by the NameNovin team for the use of users, consultants and supporters, and in the future, other people with different accesses.
User: Any person who registers as an end user of consulting and planning services in the new order. The user can have all management roles, consulting, support if needed. But by default, all people in the new system are considered normal users or users.
Consultant: a user in the new system who provides consulting services (educational, business, psychological, etc.) to a group of users.
Support: a user in the new system who is responsible for answering the questions of other users in a specific area.
Technical support: a user in the NazmeNovin who is responsible for investigating the questions and problems of other users in the specialized and technical areas and the infrastructure of the NazmeNovin platform.
VIP group: a private chat group with a consultant and one of the supporters of the NazmeNovin to exchange opinions on the selected topic.
Program: activity planning (study, work, etc.) that is determined by the user's advisor. Users can also design their own program.
Type of service: The NazmeNovin includes different services in different fields, and we call each field a type of service. For example, academic counseling, psychological counseling, etc.
Service package: To use NazmeNovin services, users must purchase the service package they need in order to use its benefits. These packages are timed and can be extended after a certain period (monthly, yearly, etc.) if needed.
NazmeNovin is not responsible for any breakdowns or lack of service due to disruptions in the Internet and other parts of the infrastructure. NazmeNovin is not responsible for the disclosure of user information due to negligence or virus infection of his system. If the site, or any of the applications of the new order becomes unavailable and this disruption causes the user to be unable to use the service for a period of time, the new order must compensate the users for the period of time when it was not available and the cause was from the side of the new order. They have purchased a service to provide a gift package. If the services are completely unavailable, the new system must return the part of the cost to which the service has not been allocated to the user. The users accept that the new system may use SMS, email or push notification as a way to communicate with them. Users can request that the sending of these messages be stopped, but they accept that by opting out of receiving these messages, they may face problems in using the service or the appropriate information may not reach them in time.
Any real person can have a user account in the new system. Creating a user account in the NazmeNovin is completely free. By registering in the new system and every time using it, all users accept that they have read the rules and conditions of use in full and accepted it with full knowledge. These rules may change over time. Changes will be notified to users. Users agree to enter the requested information, including name and surname, in an accurate and up-to-date manner, and in case of proof against this matter, Nazem Navin can follow up with the judicial authorities. If the new system finds out that there are several user accounts for a real person, it can delete them without prior notice. The users of the new system do not have the right to allow others to use their user account, and in case of any incident, the owner of the mobile number with which he registered is fully responsible. Placing any unethical and contrary content in any way in any part of the program (chat, user account, profile picture, etc.) is against the rules of the NazmeNovin, and the NazmeNovin is allowed to immediately block the person's user account and notify the judicial authorities.
